- US Domestic Shipping - we offer
UPS shipping on virtually all of our US Destined items. The shipping price you see at checkout
is the exact per pound UPS rate... compare this to the inflated shipping
charges most of our competitors gouge you with at checkout.
Beware of the too-good-to-be-true price! You will often pay
for it in inflated shipping & handling charges and/or poor
customer service. If the package dimensions exceed the UPS per pound rate or if the package is shipped by Freight Truck, Express Mail, FedEx or Airborne Express then those additional shipping fees will apply.
- International Shipping - we are able to ship outside of the US through UPS or Fedex for most of our items. Only UPS Standard to Canada will be charged a broker fee by UPS. Customer's are responsible for all Import Broker and Customs fees. International orders are required to fax a copy of their credit card (both sides) to +1(301) 468-5852 to assist us in the reduction of fraudulant or unauthorized purchases.
- Taxes - We collect taxes for all shipments going to Maryland and for some products and or shipments going to CA, MA & TN as required by those states.
- Always In Stock / Fast Delivery - We stock most of the small items and we pull from over $40 million dollars in inventory in 13 HUGE WAREHOUSES from east coast to central to west coast. That means what ever you order, we are likely to have it and can get it to you fast! - we ship your order immediately ... most of the time. If an item is not in stock we will automatically Email you and backorder your item. If the item is custom made you will only be charged when it ships.

- Fair Prices - our prices
are very competitive ... and there is no sales tax unless
we ship to a Maryland address! When comparing us to other on-line
shops, consider: 1) shipping charges ... we use actual UPS shipping fees; 2) service ... communication, returns, etc.

- Order Tracking - Items that are shipped direct by Sports Imports Ltd. by UPS or USPS, the Tracking numbers will be emailed to you the same day that orders ship, some items that are drop shipped (Custom made items & Truck Accessories), will not be emailed a tracking number as you will receive the item before we receive the tracking number from the manufacturer.
- Returns/ Exchanges - Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise) and is brand new. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. No Hassle Returns for new unopened, uninstalled products (except automotive lighting) - If you need to return something, we make it easy by emailing you simple, detailed instructions.
